CDH Warrior Classic Basketball Tournament

REGISTRATION DETAILS:
Participants in the tournament must be 18 or older.
This will be a 5 on 5, round robin format.
Registration is $50 per player. Please note that the registration fee is not tax-deductible. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation in addition to the registration fee, please click the Donate button below.
If registering a team, please have each individual player register and have your team captain email your roster to tspencer1227@gmail.com. If registering as an individual player, teams will be formed to make the teams as even as possible.
Spectators are welcome. There is no admission fee to watch the tournament but donations are greatly appreciated. The net proceeds of the tournament will be donated to CHOP.

We are pleased to announce the first annual CDH Warrior Classic Basketball Tournament, continuing efforts to raise money for CDH Research at CHOP, in honor of another CDH hero, Evan Spencer.
Evan was diagnosed with a severe case of CDH (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia) at his 20 week anatomy scan. After having fetal surgery, being born at CHOP and staying in the NICU for 4 months, Evan is home and thankfully thriving.
Every baby with CDH is different. There is no cure for CDH as researchers haven't found a cause for it yet.
That is where you come in! This tournament is about raising money for CDH Research. Our hope is that some day in the near future, no one has to live through what Evan’s family did, that a cure will be found, and no more babies suffer from this awful birth defect.
